Brief Introduction
The magazine China Postgraduates is directed by The Ministry of Education and sponsored by China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center. Created in October, 2002, and issued both at home and abroad, it is the only comprehensive magazine targeted mainly toward the graduate students in China. The Editing Department is entrusted with editing, publishing and issuing the magazine, maintaining and managing its website, and managing its correspondents and reporter stations.
The Magazine Tenet
China Postgraduates devotes itself to propagandizing the educational policies of The Communist Party and the government, spreading information about the development and reform in academic degree and graduate education, reporting stories of elitist scholars both at home and abroad. The magazine tries to be close to the graduate students' studies, thoughts and daily lives, reflecting their aspirations and promoting the students'all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique.
The Magazine Philosophy
China Postgraduates orientates itself to the objective "A Magazine of the New Educated Youth Development" focuses on the development of the academic degree and graduate education centering around graduates' innovations and successes and publicizes the graduate education policies both at home and abroad and transmits the information about tests, study, life and success for the graduate students. The magazine intends to build a platform of the information and ideological interaction among graduate students, their supervisors, and the managers of academic degree and graduate education.

News -the category reflecting the current graduate education policies with the focus on key issues, events and personalities. Major columns include Focus, News & Personalities, Information, and Earth Village.
Authoritative and Practical Information -the category offering authoritative, useful and updated information and experience to meet the readers' need for development and success. Major columns include Examination world, Job Hunting, Study Abroad, and Battlefield of Career development.
Talent -the category in which experts and celebrities are invited to discuss topics of talent development together with readers. Meanwhile, much attention is paid to the youth development in humanities, finance & economics, business, science & and technology, and psychology. The Magazine Readers
China Postgraduates mainly serves the graduate students on campus. Meanwhile, it also serves those who intend to participate in the entrance tests for the graduate candidates, teachers and staffs working for postgraduate education, and people from all walks of life who are concerned with academic degree and graduates education.
